9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Reviewing their itinerary promptly upon delivery.
- Confirming all reservations and bookings.
- Obtaining travel insurance if desired.

- Confirming all travel requirements before departure.
Failure to do so remains solely the client’s responsibility.
10. Travel Planning Services
Scratch Your Mapa provides travel planning and consulting services only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not book or sell transportation, accommodations, tours, activities, cruises, rental vehicles, or travel insurance, nor are we acting as a travel agency, travel agent, or tour operator.
All reservations made through third-party providers remain subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
11. Digital Products
All digital productsโincluding itineraries, planners, templates, checklists, ebooks, travel guides, and downloadable resourcesโare licensed for personal use only.
Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
You may not:
- Resell
- Redistribute
- Share publicly
- Upload to file-sharing websites
- Modify for resale
- Use commercially without our written permission
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Payment Plans & Late Payments
Payment plans are offered solely at the discretion of Scratch Your Mapa and may be approved, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Installment payments are due on the 1st day of each month.
A grace period is provided through the 5th day of the month.
Payments received by the 5th will not incur a late fee.
Beginning on the 6th day of the month, any unpaid installment will incur a $50 late fee plus an additional 5% of the overdue installment amount.
Clients enrolled in a payment plan authorize Scratch Your Mapa to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled installment. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and sufficient available funds.
If an installment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend all planning services.
- Delay or withhold delivery of completed work.
- Cancel the payment plan.
- Require immediate payment of the remaining outstanding balance.
- Pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.
Clients are responsible for reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.
13. Refund Policy
Custom Itinerary Planning
Planning fees compensate us for time spent researching and developing personalized itineraries.
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs before planning begins, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
Digital Products
Due to their immediate electronic delivery, digital products are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
14. Pricing
Prices listed on our website may change at any time without notice.
Quotes for custom itinerary planning remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Additional planning requests beyond the original project scope may result in additional fees.
