This 17th-century gate is the only remaining piece of Riga’s original city wall. Walk through and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time- it's definitely one of the hidden Riga attractions worth checking out.

Bridge to Nowhere

Known more formally as the Island Bridge (Salu tilts), this structure spans the Daugava River and provides scenic views over the city. It’s often dubbed the “Bridge to Nowhere” due to its original incomplete development plans.

We'll be honest - this one didn't blow our minds, but it also could have been due to the poor weather. Many locals say it's one of their favorite hidden spots for great views!

 TV Tower & Zaķusala Island

The Riga TV Tower on Zaķusala Island is one of the tallest in Europe. While the tower itself is currently under renovation, a walk or cycle around the island provides tranquil views of the Daugava River—an offbeat but rewarding addition to your list of things to see in Riga.
