1. Museum Hotel
Museum Hotel is the epitome of a bucket-list stay. It has 30+ rooms, each with its own distinct style. As the name suggests, it quite literally feels as if you're stepping into a museum, from the moment you walk into the lobby to the incredible details in each room.
Located in Uchisar, it has prime vistas for balloon watching, a stunning outdoor pool, and a beautiful terrace with top-notch dining.
Even their most basic rooms are incredible, but you definitely don't want to miss out on one of their unique suites - some of them have their own pools, and there are 4 of them that have faucets with unlimited wine! (Safir Deluxe Room, Eftelya Deluxe Suite, Naile Deluxe Suite, and Harem Superior Suite).

2. Argos in Cappadocia
Also located in Uchisar, Argos is probably the next most impressive hotel in the area, and one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia as a whole.
Argos has a large pool, its own restaurant, and a couple of different special areas for private events. They also offer both cave rooms and stone rooms, so if you have a large group you can mix and match depending on preference.
3. Millstone Cave Suites Hotel
Millstone was one of the first places we stayed, but remains one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia we visited.
We love Millstone for their gorgeous rooms that have the cave feel, but with a splash of luxury. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast (served in a cave restaurant) is excellent, and we even got greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies at our door.
We absolutely fell in love with our room, but after seeing some of the other rooms, we will certainly have a reason to go back! They have several rooms with their own pools, overlooking the unique landscapes of Uchisar - a true bucket list experience!
4. Aza Cave Hotel
Aza Cave hotel is one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia, and one of the places we are thinking about using for our wedding!
We love Aza because it's right in the heart of Goreme, it has its own fairy chimneys, and has a pool right in the middle of it.
They have one of the best breakfasts in Cappadocia, and despite not having a rooftop, they allow you to go to Sultan Cave Suites (their sister property) to take advantage of their rooftop areas to enjoy the balloons at sunrise.
5. Sultan Cave Suites
Just steps away from Aza, Sultan Cave Suites is another hotel that belongs to Kelebek Group. It's one of the most desirable cave hotels in Cappadocia, and is known for its epic rooftop area, perfect for balloon-viewing.
There are over 30 rooms at Sultan Cave Suites, each one with its own unique style. The property is simply stunning, and they also have an incredible restaurant you can dine at for an early breakfast, relaxing lunch, or elevated dinner.

6. Koza Cave Hotel
This family-run hotel is right in the heart of Goreme, and is famous for its incredible rooftop views. They have just a few rooms, and if you get the chance to secure the Queen Suite, then you'll have your own rooftop jacuzzi to enjoy and watch the balloons from!
This is definitely one of the most bucket-list worthy cave hotels in Cappadocia, and one you'll want to book well in advance.
7. Sacred Mansion
If you're looking for true luxury in Cappadocia, then don't miss out on Sacred Mansion, a brand new property in Goreme.
From the gorgeous fountain and stairs in the front of the hotel to the gorgeous lobby and underground cave spa, every detail of this hotel will make you feel like you're being pampered.
The hotel features both cave rooms and modern rooms, so your group can experience whatever suits their needs. They have an incredible restaurant as well serving complimentary breakfast, as well as incredible menus for both lunch and dinner, and they also have a wine cellar you can rent for special events!
8. Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa
This is one of the only cave hotels in Cappadocia that made it to our list despite us not going there. Why you ask? Well, we found this one after just having left - but the reviews certainly can't lie.
If you're looking for some of the most luxurious cave rooms in Cappadocia, then check out Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa, which has various rooms featuring their own pools.
It's adults-only, and located outside Nevsehir, making it the perfect place if you want to avoid the crowds of Goreme and Uchisar.

If you're a Muslim looking for one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia, then this is definitely the option for you.
Sah Saray blends luxury with tradition right in the heart of Goreme. The family-run establishment is unique because it has conservative rules and Halal cooking, ideal for those that want a bit more of a reserved stay.

With great views of the balloons and various places to relax, there are so many ways to enjoy a stay at Mithra, without breaking the bank. We even got upgraded free of charge!
10. Local Cave House
Looking for one of the most aesthetically-pleasing cave hotels in Cappadocia? Well, Local Cave House is just the place to be. It has a beautiful pool, spacious rooms, and great breakfast. You can even sign up (for an extra charge) for their floating breakfast in the morning!
11. Design Cave Hotel
Design Cave Hotel is a true hidden gem of Cappadocia. Located in Goreme, it's often overlooked due to its quiet location, but we can tell you that it's certainly worth the stay! Our favorite part? The front is a field full of lavender, and they have a randomly stunning chandelier placed over a table to dine at.
12. Henna Hotel
Henna Hotel was one of our favorite cave hotels in Cappadocia, and was absolutely voted our number one for both their breakfast and outdoor facilities.
This hotel has a brand new restaurant on one of their terraces, live music in the afternoons, and even a table with a chandelier for a unique dining experience.
You can watch the balloons on a terrace full of cushions, soak in a rooftop jacuzzi, or have an exclusive breakfast setup. The possibilities are endless - Henna truly has it all, and is located just steps away from the main street in Goreme.

The moment you walk onto Anatolian's property you'll fall in love. With its beautiful architecture, stunning rooftop views, and outdoor pool leading to an indoor spa, it's the truly the perfect cave escape.
Every area of Anatolian feels like a dream - with plenty of areas to enjoy both indoor and outdoor.
They also have a stunning cave restaurant, which should not be missed out on!
14. Hera Cave Suites
Love the idea of a cave room, but are a bit claustrophobic? Well, Hera Cave Suites is definitely one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia for you. It's large, spacious, and quiet, but also just steps away from the center of Goreme giving a sense of luxury, without having to be away from all the action.

16. Kelebek Special Cave Hotel & Spa
Kelebek Group has quite a few hotels in Cappadocia, and this one's great because it's conveniently located in the heart of Goreme, has a pool, and an excellent restaurant with beautiful views from its high vantage point.
Even if you don't get to stay here, we'd certainly recommend checking out their restaurant, which is open to the public!

Simera in Cappadocia is a hotel in Uchisar that boasts beautiful views, an excellent breakfast assortment, and cozy cave rooms - and when we say cozy, we mean COZY. The floors are actually heated, making it a truly unique place to stay, especially in the colder months.

18. Cappadocia Caves Hotel
Cappadocia Caves Hotel is one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia for having a little of it all, but without the insane price tag.
The hotel has beautiful cave rooms, several terraces to see the balloons from, a pool, and a large spread for breakfast. We also really loved the guy working at the front desk, and they have a few parking spots on site as well if you plan on renting a car in Cappadocia.
19. Angel Cappadocia Cave Hotel
Just like Cappadocia Caves Hotel, Angel Cappadocia Hotel has a great terrace for balloon-viewing. It's centrally located, has breakfast included, and we even had a jacuzzi in our room, making it one of the best cave hotels in Cappadocia for overall value.
20. Goreme Mansion
Located right in the heart of Goreme, Goreme Mansion is a great all-around nice option for a great stay in Cappadocia. They have nice, spacious rooms, a nice terrace to see the balloons from, and a great breakfast spread.
The owner is so sweet, and he is even a balloon pilot! We really enjoyed our time at Goreme Mansion, and it's definitely one of the most underrated cave hotels in Cappadocia.
21. Remus & Romulus
This is one of the newer hotels in Cappadocia, and one of the only ones we actually stayed at for a few days. They have simple, clean cave rooms, and are conveniently located in Uchisar. You can see the balloons from the top floor, and they also have a great breakfast spread including eggs made to order delivered right to your table.
Our favorite part of Remus & Romulus was that the family-run hotel makes homemade jams, dried fruits, and teas, with everything from their own garden!
22. Goreme Cave Suites
Looking for something in the heart of Goreme that has a little of it all? We loved Goreme Cave Suites because they had modern cave rooms with their own small pools, as well as a large pool right in the center of the property.
There's a restaurant on site, and it's well located, making it a really great bang for your buck - the only thing missing is a high rooftop view, but there are plenty of other cool rooftops nearby you can go to for that!
