You can also reach the city by metro, which is personally my favorite option. The Grau-La Marina and Marítim–Serrería stations are the closest ones to the port area, and from there, Line 5 and Line 7 connect directly to major stops like Xàtiva, Colón, and Ángel Guimerá.

Buses are a great budget-friendly option, although they take a bit longer than in car or on the metro. Several EMT bus routes connect the port area with major points in the city center, making it an affordable and still pretty simple choice.
