Cancun is one of the best places in Yucatan for those who want to party, and usually has a pretty young crowd. For Americans, the normal drinking age is 21, and in Mexico it is 18. So it's no surprise that the majority of travelers to this city are from the US, and are between the ages of 18 and 20.
